Lukas Dobbins
Owner, Project Manager
Lukas Dobbins began his home renovation career working with his father. For years, he and his dad worked side-by-side flipping houses in Knoxville. While Lukas enjoyed turning worn-out houses into beautiful, modern homes, he wanted to use his skills to help current homeowners too. With a strong service mentality, Lukas quickly made a name for himself as a go-to expert for home renovation projects in Knoxville. Lukas takes pride in his work and the work of his team. As the Project Manager, he oversees every Rio Creations project and is there to answer any questions from the client or the craftsmen. Lukas is a Knoxville native and enjoys East Tennessee living. When he isn’t working on a home project, Lukas spends his time riding motorcycles, fishing and hanging out with his family, friends and two pups.
Kim Hohman
Owner, Office & Operations Manager
Kim Hohman has always had a passion for pleasing and helping people make their dreams come true, and she decided to turn that passion into her career. Before founding Rio Creations with Lukas, Kim worked with an interior design company and also as a realtor, where she helped clients find their forever home. As a realtor, she also navigated clients through the new home construction process and assisted them with design selections. Kim has a natural talent for envisioning how design elements can pair together to create a beautiful space, and today she uses her talents to serve clients at Rio Creations. As the Office & Operations Manager, Kim keeps clients in the loop about their project progress from the first consultation to completion day and offers design advice upon request. She also keeps the renovation team organized and on track and keeps company operations running smoothly. Kim moved to Knoxville when she was ten years old, and she enjoys the beautiful scenery East Tennessee provides. In her spare time, Kim enjoys reading, hiking and taking spontaneous day trips with her family and friends to explore new places.
